We are well equipped to successfully execute the pre-screening and post-screening processes for our clients. We maintain a large database of applicants that have been sourced by placing advertisements in leading newspapers and online job portals. The recruitment process involves
Receiving applications:
The applications received are thoroughly assessed and shortlisted. The resumes of the selected applicants are forwarded to the client, and the approved candidates are then called for an interview. If requested by the client, we can also place advertisements in the relevant media for a specified recruitment.
Interview:
The interview is conducted by our team of experts or the client's panel of specialists. The candidates are analysed on the basis of skill sets, industry knowledge, experience, attitude, behaviour and personality traits.
Skill evaluation:
Our panel of experts from the industry conduct skill evaluation tests of the recruits to ensure that they are sufficiently qualified for the nominated job.
Trade Testing:
Our industry experts also conduct trade tests to assess the technical knowledge and competency of skilled workers. Our trade test venue has the best video conferencing and projector facilities. If required, we can organise the trade testing at other venues as well.
The selection is conducted using the modern methods and techniques prevalent in the industry for overseas recruitment.
Medical check up:
Health and fitness of the candidate receives special attention at Trust Travels. The recruits are made to undergo rigorous medical check-ups prior to visa application / endorsement, by our panel of doctors who are approved by the relevant embassies and consulates. The list of medical tests conducted includes chest x-ray, blood pressure, cardiogram, blood, stools, urine, VDRL, and HIV (specifically for symptoms and signs of AIDS). If requested by the clients, we can also conduct blood grouping Salmonella Culture test and any other test specified.
Final selection:
Once we receive the final approval for a candidate and the necessary documents, we ensure speedy emigration and deployment. All consulate and emigration formalities are completed within a fortnight and the candidate assumes work with the client.

We take utmost care to help our clients find the right candidate. However, if you should find that the candidate falls short of the skill set required, we guarantee replacement at our expense.
